Dicker Data Ltd is an ASX listed wholesale distributor of computer hardware, software and associated services. We operate nationally out of a centralised distribution centre in Kurnell NSW.

Dicker Data has been dealing with Pelenoy Constructions Pty Ltd since 2012, when they were contracted for a 10,000 sqm extension to our near new 5000 sqm facility. Project was completed in stages with first stage of a 5,000 sqm warehouse extension completed in 2013.

Due to expansion of the business the second stage was required shortly after and included double story offices and fitout, in addition to a further expansion of the warehouse. A short turnaround time frame was critical for us for this extension due to integration of another business into this location. Pelenoy were not only able to complete the project within the tight time frame required but also provided further assistance with overall fitout and car park solutions required.

When taking on the project there were legacy council and DA issues that needed to be navigated and although not specifically within their scope of works, Pelenoy provided ongoing assistance to Dicker Data to navigate these issues to a successful conclusion.
