> Bulky Goods Retail development at the corner of Woodville Rd and Fairfield St. East Fairfield; Value, $4.5 Million.
> Casula Central, Hume Highway Casula; Bulky Goods Retail development; Value $13.8 million.

Three things are significant.
> In each case Pelenoy won a competitive tender.
> All projects were completed within budget and on time.
> Any identified defects and or remedial works required were attended to immediatley and without fuss.

One cannot ask more from any building contractor than that.
