4-unit conversion to 8 luxury units to a heritage listed site. Existing building envelope remained, sub divided into 8 boutique units in the heart of double bay on New South Rd. Property has no registered driveway, proved to be a challenging job however the team at Pelenoy executed the build with lots of statutory compliance challenges.

Leda Holdings Pty Ltd contracted Pelenoy Group to design and construct 13 factory units, the factories are fitted out with fully compliant disabled bathrooms, with a modern office feel, set ceilings and downlights to create a comfortable working environment. We created the building with our tilt up panel team which has been the backbone of our company for over 20 years.
We changed this venue of a old restaurant to a fully compliant Veterinary Hospital. This had some interesting service constraints and the finished product left all with wagging tails.
Pelenoy Group Pty Ltd was contracted by Apollo Motor Homes to construct a design to accommodate the vast range of caravans and motorhomes around the perimeter of the building whilst maintaining a maximum capacity for offices and factory space. This was a tilt up construction job with a range of different substrates as facades.
FKP Pty Ltd contracted Pelenoy Group to be project managers and builders on their development at Warriewood. This project consisted of 58 units with mezzanines which are now factory warehouses and office spaces.
