Surry Properties Pty Ltd contracted Pelenoy Group Pty Ltd to design and purpose build 18 units and a stand-alone drive through Oporto’s as per their requirements. The 18 units made up a bulky good retail and commercial business centre comprising of a variety of tenants including John R Turk, Wattyl Paints, Pet Depo, Sara Lee and a gymnasium. Pelenoy Group fitted out most of the units whilst working closely with the tenants to personally suit their requirements.
